Youth on bail after Charity Store theft

A 17-YEAR-old Roma youth has been released on bail after being charged with stealing from a charity organisation on February 9.

It is alleged the youth entered the charity store on Wyndham St and approached the front counter, before taking the charity tin and leaving.

The youth was arrested on February 10 and later released on bail.

A court date has been set for February 16.
