
Where you can buy toilet paper as shortage continues
ROMA residents have revealed where you can pick up a roll of toilet paper, as the fallout from the shortage continues.
The Western Star readers have had mixed success at major supermarkets, but there are some reports stocks are being replenished across town.
A Reject Shop store workers said the bargain store is hoping to get six pallets of Softies and Quilton tomorrow.
The store workers is advising customers to be quick and go to the shops when they open.
Kathy Draper, manager of Sunshine Hardware and Rural had confirmation from the wholesalers at 3.30pm that a delivery would be coming this afternoon.
However, if it's anything like last Thursday when they received one pallet of toilet paper and it sold out straight away, shoppers best be quick.
Crazy Sams employee Kym Bland said when people realised that Woolworths were out of toilet paper they came across the road and bought all our stock.
"We are hoping to restock this week and customers can look on our Facebook page for an update," she said.
Ms Bland said she has had over 20 calls in two days inquiring about toilet paper.
Kookas BP currently do not have any toilet paper and were issued a notice saying that due to short supply they won't restock for a while.
The fuel station is hoping that Friday's 5am delivery will include the hot commodity.
