WATCH: Explosions and drilling to build new highway

THE Woolgoolga to Ballina project will upgrade about 155 kilometres of highway at a cost of $4.3 billion.

The project starts about six kilometres north of Woolgoolga and ends approximately six kilometres south of Ballina.
