A DRIVER in the United Kingdom may well have found the best way to avoid a parking ticket.
In a video posted on Facebook two men sit in a van laughing as a parking inspector attempts to put a ticket behind the windscreen wipers.
The only problem? - the wipers are moving. It is unclear whether the move proved to be the ultimate answer, of how to avoid getting a ticket, or a mere momentary diversion.
