A TEENAGER has been charged over an incident that left two men with serious injuries during a party at Telina on Sunday.
It will be alleged two men, aged 24 and 18, were stabbed during a disturbance at a party on Vernon Road.
Detectives have charged a 16-year-old Telina boy with grievous bodily harm and wounding.
He will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
The two men allegedly attacked at a party in Telina early on Sunday are in a stable condition in Rockhampton Hospital.
They were flown to Rockhampton after allegedly being stabbed at a party.
The pair, understood to be brothers aged 24 and 18, were attacked between 1am and 1.20am.
The 24-year-old man required emergency surgery for stab wounds to his abdomen.
The party, on Vernon Rd, had been attended by a number of people, including many minors, according to the parent of one young person who attended.
One person who commented on Facebook told how she had driven the pair to the hospital.
"I hope they get better soon and have a speedy recovery," she wrote.
Another wrote: "This could have ended extremely tragic and a loving father would have been taken away from his family, and uncle too.
"Please help find the offender. They deserve to be punished."
