Tradie wins $6 million, knows exactly what he'll buy

It's the simple things in life that matter the most.

A tradie, from Armadale in southeast Perth, was working night shift when he said he missed "about 100 calls" from his missus telling him he'd won last week's division one OzLotto, netting a cool $6 million.

"It could have been a combination of night shift and nerves but while she was busy screaming I began feeling light-headed," the 35-year-old, who did not wish to be named, told WA Today.

Some people want a yacht or a new home, but not this guy.

He's simply going to put another shrimp on the barbie.

"It didn't take long to pull myself together and remind her that I could now buy that barbecue I had my eye on."
