Two 19-year-old men and one 39-year-old woman were given seven days to attend the Roma police station after being issued an Identifying Particulars Notice.
The requirement orders them to provide either palm prints, fingerprints, handwriting, voiceprints, footprints or a photograph.
The three locals are due to front the Roma Magistrates Court on March 2.
