'They whinge... and I jail them'

A MAN caught driving on a suspended licence was warned not to get back on the road for risk of jail.

Joshua Michael Duffield, 22, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended licence in Nobby.

He was fined $300 and lost his licence for a month.

Magistrate Bevan Manthey warned Duffield against driving home from court.

"It's all on CCTV footage around here," Mr Manthey said.

"They whinge and whinge and get caught and I jail them," Mr Manthey said.
