Teen allegedly punches hole in pub door before resisting arrest

A teenager allegedly punched a hole in the door at a licensed venue before abusing local police officers over the weekend.

An 18-year-old Warwick man will front the Roma Magistrates Court after he punched a door at a licensed venue in Roma about 11.45pm on Saturday, January 16.

When police officers attempted to arrest the man for wilful damage, he struggled and abused officers and was further charged with resisting arrest.

The man will front court at a later date.
