Tree on line brings Coast rail services to halt
SUNSHINE Coast rail commuters are being warned of delays on Monday morning after a tree came down on the line near Mooloolah.
Translink and Queensland Rail has advised on Twitter that services in both directions were suspended.
Technicians are said to be working to rectify the problem.
Just after 6.30am, Queensland Rail tweeted that services had resumed.

Rail commuters have been campaigning for years for better services on the Sunshine Coast, including the duplication of the main line.

They argue a better rail service would reduce traffic congestion on the Bruce Highway and save lives.
