Students rally for Easter in the Country
AS EASTER continues to work its magic across the Maranoa region, these excited kids from Roma State College Junior Campus are making their own form of magic in preparation for Easter in the Country.
Sage Miller, Faith Waldron and Lincoln Bryant are just some of the many students at Roma State College who are helping out with preparations for Easter in the Country, which has students utilising their crafting skills for a range of Easter-themed designs.
But the kids are more excited about their own Roma State College float, which will be featured alongside other iconic floats at the parade.
Sage said she loved what happened at the festival, and all the fun and games on the day.
Faith said the best part about Easter was learning to make lots of Easter activities for the class.
Lincoln also liked the idea of a float, saying that he loved the fact the class got to help out with the design.
But what all three kids love the most about Easter is the parade, with each of them saying they loved to be a part of the decorations and have fun at the festival.
