Easter shoppers should time their run to avoid chaos
THERE is nothing worse than heading to the shops over the Easter period only to find they aren't open.
Most shops on the Sunshine Coast will be shut on Good Friday and Easter Sunday, and open on Easter Saturday and Easter Monday.

Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shoppingworld will open their doors on Easter Saturday from 9am-5.30pm and on Easter Monday from 10.30am-4.30pm.
Also, shoppers can head to Stockland Caloundra Shopping Centre on Easter Saturday and Easter Monday from 10.30am-4pm and Noosa Civic Centre from 10-4pm on both those days.
Event Cinemas at Sunshine Plaza will open its doors from 9am until late during the Easter period, including the public holidays.
Most banks will be closed during this period.
