Roma Transport Services feature in bestseller photography book

ROMA Transport Services are among the some of the lucky truck businesses to be featured in a brand new book The Driver - Australia and New Zealand that details the daily lives of owner drivers, family operated businesses and corporations.

In 228 pages, The Driver, self published by rural lifestyle photographer Alice Mabin, documents the reality of the daily grind for 110 different trucking companies and drivers with stunning images featuring every state and territory in Australia and New Zealand.

Ms Mabin collated a total of 19,600 professional photos for the project, with the final product condensed into 700 pictures.

Roma Transport Services manager Danny Forbes said it was a great opportunity to be featured in a photography book.

"We're happy to be part of it; Alice came to see us and asked if she could take some photos of our business on the road. We were happy to work with her," Mr Forbes said.

"I'm looking forward to getting my hands on the book and seeing how it turns out.

"There were a lot of good companies mentioned; we were glad to be mentioned as one of them in the book."
