Roma Police bust 'sophisticated' cannabis operation

A 28-YEAR-old Roma man will face court over a number of drug offences, including production of dangerous drugs.

Roma Police executed a search warrant on a Miscamble St address on September 8 at 3pm, allegedly locating a number of cannabis plants, a lighting system and a number of other drug-related items.

Police described the lighting system as "sophisticated" and will allege it was used in the production of cannabis.

The man will face court on October 11.
