Body found on railway tracks at Byron Bay

UPDATE: TWEED Byron police have confirmed the body of a man was found on railway tracks near Byron Bay on Saturday morning. 

Police said the man's death was not being treated as suspicious and was possibly a suicide.

Tweed Byron detectives are preparing a report for the coroner.


UPDATE 11.26am: POLICE from Tweed/Byron Local Area Command have confirmed that a body was found at Byron Bay this morning.

No more information is available at this stage.
