DETECTIVES investigating the armed robbery of a Toowoomba hotel in March have released images of man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

The Wilsonton Hotel was robbed on Friday, March 13 about 1.35am when a man armed with a knife entered the Richmond St premises at Wilsonton.

During the robbery a male attendant was assaulted before the man escaped with cash.

The man is described as 175cm tall, of athletic build with a tanned complexion.

Police are asking anyone who recognises the person pictured, or who has any information regarding the robbery to contact Crime Stoppers.
