HE'S sung, danced and fallen his way in to fame.

Trent Sellars plays Peter Allen in the Roma Performing Arts groups performance of The Boy From Oz and has already had a blunder in the opening night on Thursday.

"We had extra seats put out for the audience members and they were really loud, they were stamping they're feet," he said.

"There was a big accident in the middle where I slipped and fell on my back and split my pants and it was hilarious.

"We just made it work and made reference to it throughout the show and the audience thought it was pretty funny."

Mr Sellars said there's lot of improvising involved and he likes to see the audiences engagement in the performance.

"It depends on the audience because if they don't react to something then I have to change it," he said.

"We haven't got anyone on stage yet but it could still happen."

The Boy From Oz will be showing this Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at the Roma Cultural Centre.
