NEW STABLES: Bassett Park racing stables project completed
Maranoa Regional Council is pleased to announce the completion of the Bassett Park racing stables expansion.
The project included the demolition of an old stabling block and the construction of 44 new stalls and eight feed and tack rooms across two new buildings.

Mayor Tyson Golder thanked the Queensland government’s Building our Regions program and the Roma Turf Club for making this project possible.
“It is great to see a local business, JEM Building Pty Ltd, undertake these construction works to deliver the project on time and on budget,” Cr Golder said.
The Bassett Park Racing Stables Expansion Project is proudly funded by the Queensland government through the Building our Regions program, in association with the Roma Turf Club.
