Motorcycle crash leaves rider in critical condition
A MOTORCYCLE was involved in a serious single-vehicle crash at Ayr this morning.
Police say around 3:30am the motorcycle was traveling south along Queen street when the rider lost control attempting to take the roundabout at Queen and Little Drysdale Streets.
A man in his 30s was taken to Townsville Hospital in a critical condition.
Police are looking for dash cam footage of a red Yamaha motorcycle driving in the area around that time.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
