Man dies in accident near Wallumbilla

A man has died in a single vehicle crash on the Warrego Highway between Yuleba and Wallumbilla on Saturday afternoon, 50km east of Roma.
Police said preliminary investigations suggested a four wheel drive towing a caravan was travelling west along the highway when it lost control and rolled around 3pm.
The female driver of the vehicle was transported to the Roma Base Hospital with head injuries.
The sole passenger of the vehicle, a man in his 60s, died at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
