Man arrested after reports of 'disturbance' at Hospital

A MAN has allegedly taken a knife to Logan Hospital before being caught by police.

Police responded to reports of a "disturbance" at the hospital and found the man walking along Loganlea Road around 10:50pm last night.

They arrested the 23-year-old man without incident and charged him with unlawful possession of a knife and going armed so as to cause fear.

He will appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Tuesday after being denied bail.
