Officers advised him to calm down and go inside.

He was arrested and taken back to the police watch-house.
He was fined $400 for the public nuisance offence and $266 for wilful exposure.
A 19-year-old Roma male was also charged with public nuisance and will appear in the Roma Magistrate's Court later this month for his offensive and hostile behaviour towards police.
