Man accused of strapping drugs to body has case adjourned

A MACKAY man who was arrested at Brisbane Airport with $240,000 worth of ice allegedly strapped to his chest has had his court case adjourned until November.
Shaun Andrew Bridger, 20, was arrested in August while on his way to Mackay and allegedly had three packages of ice weighing about 750g on his body.
Mr Bridger faces a charge of possessing drugs.
His case was briefly mentioned at Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday when it was adjourned until November 16.
He is currently on bail.
