Halle Berry posts topless photo

Halle Berry has joined Twitter and Instagram.

The 49-year-old actress certainly made a grand entrance when she signed up to the social networking sites today by posting a topless shot for all to see.

Taking to her new accounts, the brunette beauty uploaded the elegant photo, which sees her walking through a picturesque forest with no clothes on, alongside the caption: "Hi everyone. Welcome! Today is a very exciting day for me... I'm looking forward to sharing our world through images that reflect my emotions and perceptions.

"I am in awe of photography and its ability to capture and reflect this extraordinary world that we live in.

"I'm excited to share with you my love of nature, the arts, fashion and much more in the hopes that the images will inspire, promote conversation and bring you joy. (sic)"

And, although she's only just joined the sites, the mother-of-two - who has Maceo, two, and Nahla, eight, from different relationships - wasted no time following her friends as she added Adele, Bruno Mars and Alicia Keys to her account.

Meanwhile, within just four hours of creating her accounts, Halle has already managed to rack up over 77,000 followers - at time of publish - as she continues to share her world with her adoring fans for the foreseeable future.
