Grand final wrap
Rugby League: The Roma and District Rugby League season has come to close with teams battling it out today for the title of champion.
Under 16s were the first teams off the rank with Roma Cities and Wallumbilla/Surat Red Bulls going head to head.
Cities put up a hard fight, but it was the Red Bulls who snagged the win at the siren with 24-22.
In the Under 18s match Red Bulls continued it's winning streak, beating Mitchell Magpies 63-6.
The Reserve Grade proved to be a tight match with Roma Cities and Chinchilla Bulldogs battling it out for the title.
Cities were quick off the mark and continued to use their strengths to secure the 18-6 win over the Bulldogs.
One of the most anticipated matches of the day was in the A-Grade with Red Bulls and Bulldogs putting their best teams forward for their chance to win the premiership cup.
Unfortunately, Red Bulls went down and lost to the Bulldogs 28-14. A game fought hard by both teams.
