THE PT’S On Show event went off with a bang on Sunday at the Roma RSL Hall, with wide range of participants ready to sweat it out to reach their fitness goals and desires.
From Snap Fitness, to Chess PT, Ezy as Fitness and Roma Parkrun, fitness fanatics were spoilt for choice with a variety fitness classes to keep anyone happy.
For local woman Meagan Venson, the PT’s On Show was a great opportunity to socialise and get fit.
“I prefer classes over going to the gym by myself, I like the social aspect of group exercise,” she said.
“I have always played sport but I haven’t done classes for a very long, I only started late last year.
Ms Venson said there are so many different classes to try and keep fit.
“I just like to see what all the different Personal trainers have on show, and to showcase the different classes they have on offer.
“I think it was a great success, I would love to see it ran in winter when it’s not so hot.
“Group fitness classes work well with me as a Mum, and my goals to get fitter after having kids.”
Ezy As Fitness Personal Trainer Tania Schefe believes the day was a great success and can only get better.
“For the first time it was a great turn out, the endurance level of the woman are amazing they did nearly every class,” she said.
“It will definitely happen again next year, there were a lot of new clients who came.”
