THE Roma saleyards were transformed in to a spectacular outdoor dining venue last night.
Easter in the Country's opening dinner Outback Tucker Under the Stars was a sell out event, with over 250 people attending.
The menu for the night was provided by celebrity chef Mat Golinski, along with the assistance of students from Roma Tafe.
Event organiser Jenny Flynn said she was more than happy at how the night turned out.
"Everything went perfectly,” she said.
"Everyone was happy and there was a lot of positive feedback.”
