GALLERY: Bowls day wraps up Disability Action Week

THE event might have involved lawn bowls, but the Roma Barefoot Bowls Community Day was all about social inclusion for those with a disability.

The day, run at the Roma Bowls Club and organised by Anglicare and the Endeavour Foundation, helped wrap up Disability Action Week celebrations across the Maranoa on Saturday afternoon.

Along with friendly games of barefoot bowls, families got the chance to play games, try the jumping castle, eat fairy floss and get their pictures taken at the Wacky Photobooth.

DJ Johnny Mac and the cast of the Boy from Oz also kept the masses entertained until 5pm.
