A HARDY fish has done the seemingly impossible and returned to life after being frozen solid.

Singapore man Jinbin Huang posted a video, which has since gone viral, of the moment the fish was reanimated.

The video, which has been viewed more than a million times, shows a man take a fish out of a deep freezer.

It appears to be frozen solid.

The fish lies motionless in the water.

The ice-covered fish is then placed in a bucket of hot water with a live fish in it, and then the miracle happens.

The fish lies motionless for about 20 seconds and is nudged by the other fish a few times.

It then miraculously rightens itself, bubbles emerge from its mouth and it starts to swim.

Is it a clever fake or a new scientific breakthrough? You decide.

Do you think the frozen fish video is legitimate?
