Three men charged with Coast home and car robbery spree
POLICE investigating the break and enter of homes and the theft of a number of vehicles on the Sunshine Coast have charged four men.
It will be alleged, high value vehicles were stolen from Twin Waters, Pelican Waters and Buderim between April 4 and April 6.
Officers located the vehicles after executing a search warrant on a Barleycorn Street address at Buderim yesterday.
A 23-year-old Maroochydore man has been charged with burglary, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, possessing a weapon, willful damage, two counts of obstruct police and two counts of disqualified driving. He is scheduled to appear before the Maroochydore Magistrates Court today.
A 17-year-old Doonan man and a 19-year-old Peregian Beach man have been charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
Investigations are continuing with further charges expected in the near future.
