FILMING Stan's new Wolf Creek TV series gave young star Lucy Fry nightmares.
The Brisbane-born actress only recently admitted to her co-star John Jarratt that his pig-shooting serial killer Mick Taylor kept her up at night.
"For the first week of filming I was having nightmares," Fry told APN.
"I don't think I told John about those; I was too scared.
"He was scary and I had nightmares - I couldn't help it."

So how did she get over her fear?
"I (my character) tracked him down and hunted him. That's how you get over those nightmares," she said.
Fry's character Eve is a 19-year-old American tourist on holidays with her family in the Australia outback. Taylor murders her family and after surviving the attack, she vows revenge.
In one scene in the show's trailer Fry can be seen cutting off her long blonde hair in a fit of rage.
"It's my real hair," she said.
"It was fun. We filmed it in one take."

Jarratt said Wolf Creek fans won't be disappointed by the new six-part series, premiering on streaming service Stan today.
"Horror fans aren't going to be disappointed," he said.
"The first 15 minutes, there's nothing pussy about it. Then you're in for a treat when Lucy's character Eve goes on the rampage looking for me.
"She ends up pretty bloody scary."
