Early finish for One Night Stand

"I DIDN'T want it to end like this."

These were the words of 360 as his set was cut short at the One Night Stand concert in Dalby on Saturday.

This was the beginning of the end and Triple J's Tom Ballard then came on stage and announced it was over.

Water had got into the electrics and the concert could not go on, the much anticipated set by Temper Trap was cancelled.

But the locals who trecked down for the concert did not seem to mind.

Kim McEwan lives on a property outside Roma and was one of many who drove to Dalby for the night.

"I'm from Canada so I've never done anything like this in Australia before and it was really good, I was really impressed," she said.

"It seem like everyone was having a good time I thought the rain added something to it."

The free entry and big name performers including Matt Corby and Stonefield attracted 15,000 people to the event, with audience members coming from as far away as Perth.
