Driver pulls hit-and-run crash - on a house

POLICE have charged a man after he allegedly crashed into a house at Bray Park in the early hours of this morning.

Initial investigations indicate that about 2.20am a 4WD travelling along Sparkes Road veered off the road and crashed into a house on Pinches Court, causing extensive damage.

Three people were asleep inside the house at the time, however none of them were injured.

The driver has been charged with one count of driving under the influence of liquor and is due to appear in the Pine Rivers Magistrates Court on May 25.

Investigations are continuing.
