Driver faces court over fatal accident
A DRIVER charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death after an accident that claimed the life of a Wallangarra woman, faced Stanthorpe Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Police allege Alex Hagen Florschutz was driving north in the southbound lane of the New England Hwy, causing the crash on March 18.
MOTORIST KILLED IN HEAD-ON COLLISION
Mr Florschutz's lawyer had the matter adjourned.
Florschutz will reappear in Warwick Magistrates Court on May 25.
