A dashboard camera has captured shocking video of a head-on collision that followed a car overtaking another vehicle.
The footage shows a car rushing past in heavy fog, only to collide violently with a four-wheel-drive moments later.
The dashcam also captures the driver saying, ""Is this guy going to overtake? I would not attempt to overtake in this heavy fog".
The crash occurred on Nicholson Road in Oakford on Perth's south east.
PerthNow reports the 24-year-old driving the car suffered shoulder and arm injuries.
