Council to monitor weekend weather
MARANOA Regional Council is currently monitoring the current weather event in Queensland.
The current warnings do not indicate severe weather for the Maranoa region, however council will continue to monitor the situation over the weekend.
As weather forecasts do suggest a chance of showers, rain and thunderstorms, residents are advised to stay up to date by visiting the Bureau of Meteorology's website - www.bom.gov.au or call 1300659219.
