Cockroach treatment program commences in Maranoa

MARANOA Regional Council will be treating cockroaches and insect populations in the region’s sewer networks, including Roma, Muckadilla, Injune, Surat, Mitchell, Amby and Mungallala over the next two months, commencing Monday 23 November.

As part of the program, council will require access to sewer manholes and if a manhole is located on private property, teams may need to access it to undertake the treatment – this is likely to take about 10 minutes.

For more information regarding this program, please call Council’s Sewerage Team on 1300 007 662.
