Charleville man busted for late night drink driving

CHARLEVILLE police have pulled over a man driving over the legal alcohol limit and given him a notice to appear in Charleville Magistrates Court.

Police were patrolling Erbacher Road and did a breath test on the driver of a Toyota Hilux.

After testing positive, he was taken to the Charleville Police Station where he recorded a breath alcohol concentration of .085 per cent.

He was suspended for 24 hours and given an NTA for the Charleville Magistrates Court.
