Three times the legal limit
A 36-year-old Chinchilla man will front a Cunnamulla Magistrate after allegedly blowing three times the legal limit.
Cunnamulla police intercepted the man driving a black Holden Commodore about 3.15pm on Sunday, February 7 travelling along Weir road.
The driver allegedly proved a positive result to a roadside breath test and was issued with an immediate licence suspension.
He was set to appear in the Cunnamulla Magistrate Court February 15, charged with drink driving and failing to comply with learner licence requirements.

Drugs concealed in man’s car
Police allege they conducted a search of a 37-year-old Cunnamulla man’s vehicle and located a quantity of dangerous drugs concealed within the vehicle.
Officers intercepted the man driving a blue Holden Commodore about 11.30am on Wednesday, February 10 travelling along Murray St.
The man was set to appear at the Cunnamulla Magistrates Court on February 15, charged with
possessing dangerous drugs.
Young man clocked speeding
A 28-year-old St George man is out of pocket $266 after he was clocked allegedly travelling 100 km per hour in an 80 km per hour zone.
Officers intercepted the man driving a Holden Commodore about 3pm on Wednesday, February 10 driving along Weir road.
He also lost three demerit points.
Local woman blows three times legal limit
A 51-year-old local woman was travelling along Wicks St in the early hours of Saturday, February 13 before she was pulled over for a RBT.
Officers intercepted the woman driving a silver Honda Jazz about 1.50am and she allegedly provided a positive result, blowing three times over the legal limit.
She was issued with an immediate licence suspension and was set to appear in the Cunnamulla Magistrates Court on February 15, charged with drink driving.
