Brothers keen to make a mark in judo competition

JUDO: Josh and Nathan Katz will rewrite history in Rio by becoming the first set of brothers to compete in judo at the same Games for Australia.

But they aren't content with that and want a bigger slice of history.

Nathan, 21, who fights in the under-66kg division, is pushing for a podium result.

"We are coming here to win a medal for sure,” he said. "Obviously I am young and not that experienced at this level but I feel like if I can produce my best effort here then I'm capable of beating all the top boys and then end up on the podium.”

Josh (pictured), 18, is in the under-60kg division and will become the youngest male judoka to compete in the Olympics for Australia.

"I definitely believe I can shock the division a little bit and take the top boys out,” he said.
