BREAKING: Road train overturns on rural road

A ROAD train has overturned on a southwest Queensland road this morning.

Emergency crews were called to the Yuleba-Condamine Rd shortly after 6am this morning, where a road train, carrying scaffolding, had overturned.

The driver was found to be outside of the vehicle, and when assessed by Queensland Ambulance Services was found to have only superficial abrasions.

"No hospitalisation was required and QAS left the scene," a spokesman said.

One Queensland Fire and Emergency Services crew remains on the scene, as do Queensland Police Services.
