Alleged upskirter in court to face charges

A PEAK Crossing man charged with breaching privacy offences has had his matter mentioned briefly in court.
Simon Martin Fraser, 48, was charged on December 19, 2015 over allegations he filmed a person's genital region without their consent.
The alleged offences took place on September 30, 2015 at Peak Crossing.
Mr Fraser's legal representative sought a month adjournment on Friday in Ipswich Magistrates Court which was subsequently granted.
The case will be back before the court on February 12.
