4 metre runabout destroyed by fire
A BOAT was destroyed by fire at Varsity Lakes in the early hours of this morning.
Around 4am emergency services were called after a fire engulfed a boat parked on the street outside a unit in Balmain Street.
The four metre Pongrass runabout cruiser was completely destroyed.
Nobody was injured in the fire.
Investigations are continuing.
