11-year-old boy sexually assaulted at cinema urinal

VICTORIA police are looking for a man believed to have sexually assaulted an 11-year-old boy at a cinema in Greensborough on Sunday.

Police have been thed boy went into a toilet at a cinema on Main Street about 4.30pm.

It is believed the boy was standing at the urinal when he was approached by an unknown man and sexually assaulted.

The offender then fled the scene and the boy ran out to his mother who raised the alarm.

The man is described as being aged between 40 and 60 years old.

He was wearing a hooded jumper which was pulled tight covering his head and his pants were down around his ankles.

Diamond Creek Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team (SOCIT) are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone that may have been in the toilet at the time of the incident.
