If this relates to you, Goondir are seeking a full time Dalby Clinic Manager (CM) for an immediate start to coordinate, manage and lead the daily operations of the Dalby Clinic and the Clinic Team. Preferred Qualifications and Experience in the following would be an advantage: 3 plus years’ experience as an RN or current AHPRA Registration; Experience in an Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Service (ATSICCHS) setting; Experience in training, managing and leading a diverse and dynamic team of health professionals; Experience in understanding and contributing to CQI practices; Knowledge of Accreditation Requirements (ISO9001:20l5 and AGPAL); Experience adopting, implementing and training other staff in a Holistic Model of Care.
